Decorations & Items Not Allowed

• No helium tanks, alcohol, nuts, piñatas, glitter, hot plates or, confetti allowed inside the facility.

• Tied-down balloons are permitted.

Party Hosting

• All parties are non-hosted (self-guided by the party parents and guests).

• Plates, cups, and utensils are not provided — please bring your own if needed.

• A fridge and freezer are available for cake storage only.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable. However, we allow one-time rescheduling under the following conditions:

  • You provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice

    • Call the store and send an email to: managers@extremebounceinflatapark.ca

  • Your rescheduled party must occur within 14 days of your original party date.

    • If 48 hours’ notice is not given, or 14 days pass without rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.

No we do not provide any meal utensils/cutlery for your food or drinks.

No. All parties must exit their tables and the facility after their time slots are over.

Yes we have a fridge and freezer for your birthday cakes only.

We do not allow nuts or any kind of alcoholic beverages. No hot plates or warmers. We can only put cakes in our fridge/freezer and we cannot microwave any food for you.

No. We do not allow parties to come in and set up their table before their time slot. If you booked your party for 2pm, you will get the room starting at 2pm.

We encourage parties and their guests to show up 15 minutes before their jump start time. We don’t want participants showing up late as our inflatapark has a capacity and we cannot extend late jumpers' time in the park. Reminder - showing up early does not get you your party table or on the inflatable before your time slot.

Yes we have ample parking stalls available right outside our front door. P1 (Level 1) allows FREE PARKING for up to 3 hours.

No. All parties get 1 hour of jump time. This is the first hour of your time slot booked. If jumpers show up late they do not get to stay on the park to make up for lost time.

Final payment is due 45 minutes into the party. This gives enough time for all guests to arrive and a final bill to be provided.
