Attractions

• Drop-in sessions are limited to 60 minutes (1 hour). After 60 minutes, guests must exit the facility or purchase a new admission.

• Admission is based on capacity. Walk-ins are welcome but are limited based on park capacity.

• Athletic clothing is required. No belt buckles, watches, jewellery (necklaces, bracelets, earrings) or any objects or accessories that could get caught up while bouncing.Only a cell phone is allowed to be bought onto the park with you. Everything else must be left inside your locker or at your groups table.

• No food, drinks or gum are allowed inside the inflatable zone.
  

Yes we have ample parking stalls available right outside our front door. P1 (Level 1) allows FREE PARKING for up to 3 hours. Enter through entrance 6 of the shopping centre.

• Children must be at least 42inches (3ft 6inches) to jump

• Grip socks are required for all jumpers and must be purchased every visit.

• No outside socks are permitted to maintain safety and cleanliness.

A variety of snacks, bottled drinks, and bagged chips are available at our Fuel Zone counter inside the facility.

• A valid waiver is required for every jumper.

  • Guests under 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them.

  • Waivers can be filled out online before arrival.

  • Waivers are valid for 18 months from the date submitted.

  • Returning guests can check in using their phone number at the front desk.

• Free lockers are available for your personal belongings, based on availability. We provide locks. We ask groups share lockers in order to have as many lockers available for customers as possible
